1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website (abhicreation.in) and placing orders for our custom 3D signage, clip-on frames, or neon boards, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not place orders or use our services.

2. Custom Product Customization

Abhi Creation specializes in personalized, made-to-order light installations.

• Design Accuracy: It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify all customization details—including spelling, sizing, neon color choices, backing plates, and fonts—prior to checking out.
• Artisanal Workmanship: Every neon board and 3D logo sign is handcrafted. Minor, non-functional styling variations from digital mockups are natural to the artisanal manufacturing process and do not constitute product defects.
• Changes to Orders: Production begins shortly after payment confirmation. Once an order enters our workshop, design modifications or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices shown are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change based on design sizing and custom requirements.

• Full payment is required at checkout to register and cue custom designs for workshop fabrication.
• Transactions are processed securely through RBI-compliant third-party gateways. Abhi Creation does not store credit card credentials on its servers.

4. User Designs & Submissions

By uploading custom brand logos or drawings to our customizer, you warrant that you own the intellectual property rights or hold explicit license to reproduce those designs. Abhi Creation reserves the right to reject any order containing trademarked properties or offensive materials.

5. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

We provide a standard **1-year electrical warranty** on our LED neon power adapters, dimmers, and LED tubes, covering component failure under normal indoor operating conditions. The warranty does not cover:

• Accidental physical breakage during unpacking or mounting.
• Damage resulting from outdoor installation of signs built strictly for indoor use.
• Alterations or repairs carried out by unauthorized third-party electricians.

6. Governing Law

These terms and all order transactions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of custom orders will be resolved exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts located in **Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India**.
