1. Production & Fabrication Timeline

Abhi Creation products are custom-crafted by hand in our Prayagraj workshop.

  • Neon Boards & Small Signages: Sizing layouts, electrical wiring, gluing, and quality testing take **3 to 5 business days**.
  • Complex 3D Architectural Signages: Multi-layered backing plates and metal frame welding take **5 to 8 business days**.
  • Orders are dispatched immediately after passing our 24-hour continuous electrical burn test.

2. Shipping Charges & Methods

We ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India.

  • Standard Shipping: Free shipping is provided across India for all retail orders above a specific checkout value.
  • Express Delivery: Available at checkout for urgent timelines. Expedites order processing and prioritizes express air cargo logistics.
  • We partner only with premier national couriers (such as BlueDart, Delhivery, and DHL) to ensure minimal handling of fragile packages.

3. Transit Times

Once your package leaves our studio, standard transit timelines apply:

  • Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.
  • Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.
  • Remote/Hilly Regions: 7 to 10 business days.

4. Fragile-Safe Packing Standards

Given the delicate nature of LED neon tubes and acrylic boards, we enforce a strict packaging standard:

  • The neon sign is first wrapped in high-density bubble wrap to prevent scratch marks.
  • It is encased in a thick, custom-fitted dual-wall cardboard box filled with anti-shock foam corners.
  • For signs larger than 3 feet, a custom wooden structural crate is built around the box to protect it from heavy impacts during transport.

5. Order Tracking

When your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive an automatic email and WhatsApp notification containing the tracking link, courier company name, and expected delivery date.

6. Delivery Exceptions & Damages

Please do not accept any parcel that appears heavily crushed, torn, or wet from the courier agent.
