1. Cancellation Policy

Since each neon board, 3D signage, and clip-on frame is uniquely customized and handmade to order, we source materials and begin structural layouts immediately.

• Orders can only be canceled or modified within **12 hours** of payment.
• Once production begins after the 12-hour window, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Custom-built products are tailored to your exact wording, size, and styling request. Therefore:

• Custom Signage: Customized neon signs, nameplates, and commercial 3D signages are **non-returnable** and **non-refundable** unless they contain manufacturing defects or arrive damaged.
• Standard/Non-Custom Items: Non-custom catalog items can be returned within **7 days** of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition. Return shipping costs for non-custom items are the customer's responsibility.

3. Transit Damage & Defective Products

We take extreme precautions packaging our highly fragile signs. However, in the rare event of transit damage:

• You must report the damage to us within **48 hours** of package delivery.
• Please email abhilekh@abhicreation.in or WhatsApp us at **+91 9935084555** with clear photos and an unboxing video showing the packaging damage and broken product.
• Once verified, we will arrange for a free return pickup and immediately manufacture a brand new replacement sign at no additional cost to you.

4. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

If a refund is authorized by our support team (in cases where a replacement is unavailable):

• The refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Netbanking).
• Refund credits typically reflect in your account within **7 to 10 business days**, depending on banking processing cycles.

5. Return Shipping Address

Approved returns must be dispatched to our head office in India:
